Albuquerque, New Mexico

The project seeks to depart from the typical “big box” retail strip centers which are prevalent in the area. The intent is to contribute to and enhance the environment of the Coors Corridor and bring a “quiet” visual harmony through a contemporary design solution.

The warm gray color range and selection is purposely neutral allowing for landscaping, future tenant build-outs, signage and public activity to bring color and vitality to the complex and thus positive perception from Coors Blvd.
